We informed education ministry about RIOS, they said that it is a crime and should be handled by the police. We informed police headquarters about the deeds of RIOS but no action was taken. Even the government is silent in this matter. Government and police were trying to hide their face when asked to give a media byte.

RIOS chairman, Mr. Venkatesh from Andhra Pradesh, when asked that is he not afraid of government taking action against him? He replied almost laughing that he has no worry as such because he has got strong political links as the HRD minister belongs to the same state (Andhra Pradesh).

Yes, this is the hard core reality of RIOS that without approval and examination they are distributing degrees to the students. This way they are playing with the future of students and changing the meaning of the word “Education”.
